RETURNS: Please review to our Refund Policy which applies to all products sold on my360wellnesshub.com. My360wellnesshub.com may evaluate a customer’s account, order and return history, and has the right to refuse services and/or prevent a customer from placing future orders on my360wellnesshub.com.
CLEARANCE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND SERVICES: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments are applicable on the clearance items/services or other non-clearance items/services on current or prior sales.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY: We do our best to ensure product availability. Availability may be listed on individual product pages and we cannot be more specific beyond what is stated there. As an order is processed, we will inform you by email as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be out of stock.
SHIPPING: We take great measures to ensure all products are professionally and carefully packed and shipped out swiftly. Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that, though we strive for the timely delivery. We cannot guarantee third party courier services and their delivery times, and therefore estimates should not be relied upon as such. In rare cases, products may be damaged during shipment by third party courier services, and we cannot be held liable for any items that are damaged during shipment. All orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Malaysia.
MISCELLANEOUS: We reserve the right to make changes to these Conditions of Sale at any time and without any notice. You will be subject to the Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of your purchase.

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding medical test kits, DNA kits, and clinical nutraceutical supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been dispatched from our facility. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No. Due to strict cross-border customs restrictions on medical kits and clinical supplements, 360 Wellness Hub only ships orders within Malaysia. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days for Peninsular Malaysia, and 5 to 14 business days for Sabah and Sarawak. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.
No. The supplements, DNA kits, and precision wellness tests offered in our store are intended for informational, educational, and general wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional or a practitioner at 360 Wellness Hub before starting any new clinical supplement regimen.
If your package or testing kit arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo immediately and contact our support team at 360wellnesshub@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +60123300415 within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you.
The client is responsible for collecting, storing the samples properly and for sending the samples back to 360 Wellness Hub for processing. 360 Wellness Hub may request for another sample if there is problem with the sample that we receive from the client.
