Privacy & Personal Data Protection PDPA
Your privacy is protected under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and its subsequent amendments. 360 Wellness Hub Sdn Bhd (1341725-U) acts as the Data Controller for your information.
Because we specialize in integrative care, we process both standard personal data and Sensitive Personal Data (such as physical or mental health conditions, biometric data, DNA profiles, and gut health metrics) with the highest standards of clinical and digital security. We do not process or store your data without your explicit, informed consent.
In the course of your dealings with us, we may collect and process:
Direct Identifiers: Your full name, NRIC/Passport number, gender, date of birth, contact number, and email address.
Sensitive Personal Data: Medical histories, psychological assessments, counseling logs, neuro-regulation metrics, genetic/DNA testing data, and nutritional or biochemical information.
Technical Data: Your IP address, browser type, and user behavior patterns collected via cookies when you navigate my360wellnesshub.com.
We process your personal and clinical data strictly for the following commercial and healthcare purposes:
To assess, triage, and map out your customized 360° Care Pathway (Therapy, Neuro-Regulation, or Biocentric Wellness).
To formulate personalized nutraceutical support based on your biological testing.
To securely communicate with you regarding scheduling, fees, and administrative setup.
To meet statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements governing healthcare and psychological service providers in Malaysia.
Providing your data is entirely voluntary. However, please note that if you choose to withhold mandatory clinical or contact information, we may be unable to finalise your intake registration, match you with an appropriate practitioner, or safely administer personalized wellness programs.
We strictly adhere to the PDPA Disclosure Principle. Your data will never be sold or rented. It is kept highly confidential and is only disclosed to the following classes of third parties when strictly necessary:
Our internal credentialed practitioners, therapists, and authorized clinical staff directly involved in your care.
Contracted, PDPA-compliant medical laboratories or compounding pharmacies directly handling your specialized DNA or gut analytics.
Enforcement, regulatory, or government authorities where required absolutely by Malaysian law.
Security: We employ rigid technical and organizational safeguards—including access-controlled servers, encryption, and strict staff confidentiality protocols—to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your data.
Retention: In line with the PDPA Retention Principle, we only store your data for as long as necessary to fulfill its clinical and administrative purposes, or to comply with Malaysian statutory medical record-keeping laws.
Under the PDPA, you possess full legal rights over your information. You may request to:
Access: Receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct: Update or correct any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
Withdraw Consent: Limit or completely withdraw your consent for future data processing (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).

At 360 Wellness Hub, we take your privacy seriously and secure all personal health and payment data using advanced, industry-standard encryption. Your confidential test results and records are strictly protected and never shared without your explicit consent. We all destroy all records of the results after 14 days. So please keep your copy carefully because after 14 days we will no longer be able to retrieve your results of your tests for you.
