How We Guide You to the Right Support
You do not need to know which therapist, method or pathway is right for you before contacting us. We begin by understanding your concerns and then guide you toward the most suitable support within the 360 care model.
1. Understand Your Concern
We listen to what you are experiencing and what kind of support you are looking for.
2. Identify the Right Starting Point
You may begin with consultation, counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, assessment or another suitable pathway.
3. Match the Support
Depending on your needs, availability and suitability, you may be guided to Dr Lennie Soo, another practitioner, or a coordinated care pathway.
4. Review and Adjust
Your care can be reviewed and adjusted as your needs become clearer.

What to Expect in Your First Appointment
Your first appointment is a confidential conversation focused on understanding your concerns, background and goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.
We may explore your symptoms, emotional history, stressors, relationships, coping patterns, lifestyle and what you hope to change. From there, we can recommend the most suitable next step.
For some clients, therapy alone may be enough. For others, a wider integrative pathway may be recommended, including assessment, neuro-regulation, diagnostics or personalised wellness support.
Your first session is simply a gentle, supportive space to explore where you are today and map out a manageable, empowering path forward at your own pace.
